Our Approach
We believe meaningful growth starts with curiosity. Before people can move forward with confidence, they need the space to pause, reflect, and understand what's really getting in the way.
MTG Development Group grew from countless conversations between the two of us about leadership, learning, and what helps people truly thrive. Over the years, we found ourselves continually asking the same questions:
How can we create better systems?
How can we help people feel more connected to their work?
How do we build workplaces where people can grow without losing themselves in the process?
Today, we partner with individuals and organizations to create experiences that are thoughtful, practical, and deeply human. Whether we're coaching someone through a career transition, developing leaders, strengthening teams, or designing talent initiatives, our goal is the same: to help people better understand themselves, navigate change with confidence, and create growth that lasts.
Your Partners in Growth
I've always been fascinated by people, what motivates us, what gets in our way, and what helps us grow.
Over the past decade, I've had the opportunity to design leadership programs, career initiatives, and coaching experiences for professionals across higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, and corporate organizations. No matter the setting, I've found that meaningful change rarely comes from having all the answers. It comes from creating the space to ask better questions, understand ourselves more deeply, and take intentional action.
As a leadership and career coach, I work with people who know they're capable but feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for something more. Sometimes they're navigating a career transition. Sometimes they're stepping into leadership for the first time. Sometimes they simply want to feel more confident in the decisions they're making. Wherever they're starting, my goal is to help them slow down, make sense of what's really going on, and leave each conversation with greater clarity and practical next steps.
Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and son, getting lost in a good book, traveling somewhere new, or exploring my own journey of personal and spiritual growth. I'm endlessly curious about what helps people live and lead more fulfilling lives, and that curiosity doesn't stop when the workday ends. It shapes how I show up in my relationships, how I continue learning, and ultimately how I partner with the people I coach.
I believe coaching isn't about having all the answers, it's about creating the kind of conversation that helps people discover their own. My hope is that every person I work with leaves feeling a little more confident, a little more connected to themselves, and a little more excited about what's possible.

I believe meaningful growth starts with understanding yourself. Whether I'm coaching an individual, supporting a leader, or partnering with an organization, my goal is to help people better understand the patterns shaping their decisions so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Over the past decade, I've worked across higher education, employer engagement, and leadership development, building partnerships with organizations throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and the United States. At the heart of every role I've held has been relationship building, bringing together people with different perspectives, creating meaningful connections, and helping organizations and individuals move toward shared goals. Those experiences continue to shape how I coach today.
As a Certified Hogan Practitioner and coach, I use assessment data as a starting point, not the answer. I enjoy helping people better understand how they show up, especially under pressure, so they can recognize patterns, leverage their strengths, and make more intentional decisions. My coaching style is collaborative, practical, and reflective. I'll ask thoughtful questions, share honest observations, and help you leave each conversation with greater clarity and a plan you feel confident putting into action.
Outside of coaching, I'm probably planning my next trip, discovering a great new restaurant, laughing with family and friends, or diving into the latest AI tools and technology. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories, and I believe some of the best conversations happen when we're curious enough to see the world through someone else's perspective. That same curiosity and optimism are at the heart of how I coach.
